📋 How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps before sending any items back to us:

Initiate Request

Start online through your customer account OR email us at hola@sazondance.com with your order number.

Attach Clear Photos

Attach pictures of your clean shoes showing both a sole view and a top view to verify pristine condition.

Get Approval & Address

Once approved, our team will provide the return shipping address and instructions for your return.

Ship & Send Tracking

Ship your pair and email us the tracking number within your return window (10 days CA / 15 days US & EU).

Conditions for Exchanges & Returns — The "Pristine" Rule

To qualify for a return or exchange, all shoes must be returned in brand-new, 100% resalable condition with original packaging.

⚠️ Indoor Testing Guidelines:

  • Please try shoes on indoors only on a clean, dry, soft surface (e.g., clean carpet or towel) strictly for sizing purposes.
  • Shoes showing any signs of wear, floor scuffs, dirt, dance floor friction marks, or sweat will strictly NOT be accepted.

Easy Exchanges

We want to make sure your fit is spot on for the dance floor!

  • 1st Exchange Shipping Perk: You cover return shipping to send the original pair back to us, and Sazon Dance will pay the shipping cost to send your new replacement pair! (Covered by us up to 1 exchange).
  • Subsequent exchanges (2nd exchange or higher) will require the customer to cover shipping both ways.

Refunds & Order Cancellations

• 4% Admin Fee: A standard 4% administration fee is deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable payment gateway transaction charges.

💡 Pro Tip (15-Minute Order Cancellation):
Need to cancel an order after placing it? Contact us at hola@sazondance.com within 15 minutes of placing your order to cancel without incurring the 4% gateway fee!

Items explicitly marked as SALE or FINAL SALE are final purchases and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. No exceptions.
