You have 10 days from delivery to check the fit. If they aren't perfect, immediately initialize your return by emailing us and we will let you know the next steps!

Items marked as SALE or FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. No exceptions.
π The "Pristine" Rule
To qualify for a return or exchange, shoes must be in brand-new, resalable condition.
"Please try shoes on indoors only on a clean, dry surface. This is for sizing only. Shoes showing any signs of wear, floor marks, or sweat will not be accepted."

A 4% admin fee is deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway transaction costs.
