🚀 How fast is the magic?
We don't like waiting for new shoes either. That’s why we move fast:
- Same-Day Hustle: Order before 12:00 PM and we’ll most likely ship it the same day.
- Quick Processing: All orders ship within 2, max 3 days.
- The Journey: Depending on your vibe (Regular or Express), the carrier, and the weather, shipping takes between 1 to 10 days across Canada.

No guessing games here! Just pop in your postal code at checkout to see your exact shipping price in real-time.
📦 Tracking my order
As soon as your shoes hit the road, you'll get an automated email with your tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam (sometimes it hides there!).
🇨🇦 Where do you ship?
Right now, we are focused on keeping **Canada** dancing! We do not ship internationally at this moment.
🕵️ Lost in the mail?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, please contact your local post office immediately. Sazon is not responsible for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed, new shipping charges will apply to send it back out to you. Double-check those details!
