🏷️ I forgot to apply my discount code! Can you add it?
It happens to the best of us! Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes retroactively once an order has been placed. However, you can save your code to use on your next pair of dancing shoes!
🛡️ Will I have to pay extra customs fees upon delivery in the US/EU?
Never! We partner with Global-e and DHL to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. All duties and import taxes are calculated and guaranteed upfront at checkout. The courier will never ask you for money at your door.
❌ Can I cancel my order once placed?
Please contact us immediately at hola@sazondance.com. If our warehouse hasn't processed or fulfilled your order yet, we will do our absolute best to cancel it for you!
📦 What happens if I entered an incorrect address or missed delivery?
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed, reshipping fees will apply to send it back out.
🕵️ My tracking says "Delivered" but my porch is empty!
If tracking confirms delivery but your box is missing, please reach out to your local post office or courier carrier immediately. Sazon Dance is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
